Turkey Taco Bowl
All the flavors of a taco in a healthy bowl format. Ground turkey is leaner than beef, and the black beans add fiber and plant protein. This is one of our most popular meal prep recipes!
Ingredients
- 120g ground turkey (93% lean)
- ½ cup cooked brown rice
- ¼ cup black beans, rinsed
- ¼ cup corn kernels
- 2 tbsp salsa
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
Instructions

Cook brown rice according to package instructions.

Brown ground turkey in a pan over medium heat, 5-6 minutes. Season with taco seasoning (chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt).

Add black beans and corn to the turkey, cook 2 minutes until heated through.

Assemble bowl: brown rice base, turkey mixture, shredded lettuce.
