Sheet Pan Salmon and Asparagus
This sheet pan salmon and asparagus roasts together for an elegant dinner with one-pan cleanup. A garlic-lemon dressing keeps the fish moist and the asparagus crisp-tender.
Ingredients

- 12 oz asparagus, tough ends trimmed
- 1 lemon (half sliced, half juiced)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a sheet pan with parchment.
- Whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Toss the asparagus with half the dressing and spread across one side of the pan.
- Place the salmon fillets on the other side of the pan and brush with the remaining dressing.
- Top the salmon with lemon slices and season the asparagus lightly with salt.
