Ingredients
- 5 oz salmon fillet
- 1/2 cup cubed sweet potato
- 8 asparagus spears, trimmed

- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 lemon, juiced

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment.
- Toss sweet potato cubes with half the olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast for 10 minutes.
- Add broccoli and asparagus to the pan, tossed with remaining oil and garlic.
- Place the salmon fillet on the pan and season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Roast everything together for 12 minutes until salmon flakes easily and vegetables are tender.
- Squeeze fresh lemon over the salmon and scatter basil on top.
- Serve immediately with the roasted vegetables alongside.
