Grilled Salmon with Quinoa

Ingredients

  • 150g salmon fillet
  • ½ cup cooked quinoa
  • ½ lemon
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup asparagus, trimmed

Instructions

  1. Cook quinoa according to package instructions if not using leftovers.

  2. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
