Lean Turkey Burger

A high-protein dinner that satisfies burger cravings without the bun and heavy condiments. Using 99% lean ground turkey and wrapping in crisp lettuce saves you 200+ calories compared to a restaurant burger.

Ingredients

  • 5 oz (140g) lean ground turkey (93% or 99% lean)
  • 1/4 cup finely diced onion
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 large lettuce leaves (romaine or butter lettuce)
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1 tbsp mustard
