Iced Matcha Latte

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp ceremonial grade matcha powder
  • 2 tbsp hot water (175°F / 80°C)
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Sift matcha powder into a small bowl to remove lumps.

  2. Add hot water and whisk in a “W” motion with a bamboo whisk (chasen) or regular whisk until frothy.

  3. Fill a glass with ice cubes.
