Banana Protein Pancakes

These pancakes are naturally sweetened with banana and packed with protein from eggs and whey protein. No flour needed — just blend oats for a gluten-free version.

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup rolled oats
  • ½ scoop (15g) vanilla whey protein
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients (except honey) in a blender until smooth. Or mash banana and mix everything by hand.

  2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium-low heat.

  3. Pour small circles of batter (about 3 inches wide). Cook 2-3 minutes per side until golden.

  4. Stack on a plate and drizzle with honey if desired.
