Green Tea Spinach Smoothie
A vibrant green smoothie that combines the antioxidant power of matcha with iron-rich spinach and sweet tropical fruit. You won’t taste the spinach — the pineapple and banana mask it completely.

- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 banana
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup ice
Instructions
-
Dissolve matcha powder in 2 tbsp warm water, set aside.
-
Add spinach, pineapple, banana, almond milk, chia seeds, and ice to a blender.
-
Blend on high for 45-60 seconds until completely smooth.
-
Add the matcha mixture and blend for another 10 seconds to swirl.
-
Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
