Frozen Yogurt Berry Bark
This is the healthy alternative to ice cream that actually tastes amazing. Spread Greek yogurt on a tray, top with fruit and seeds, freeze, and break into pieces. Each piece has 8g of protein!
Ingredients
- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
