Light Bulgogi
Thinly sliced lean sirloin marinated in a sweet-savory blend of soy, Asian pear, and garlic. The pear tenderizes the beef while keeping the dish light and protein-forward.

- 1/4 cup Asian pear, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp scallions, sliced
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Combine the soy sauce, grated pear, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, brown sugar, and pepper in a bowl.
- Add the sliced beef and marinate for at least 20 minutes.
- Heat a large skillet or wok over high heat until smoking.
- Drain the beef briefly and add to the pan in a single layer.
- Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned and caramelized at the edges.
