Avocado Chocolate Mousse
You won’t believe this velvety mousse is made without cream or butter. Avocado provides the perfect creamy base while adding healthy fats and fiber. The chocolate flavor is so rich, no one will guess it’s healthy.
Ingredients
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 20g dark chocolate (70%+), melted
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 tbsp almond milk (or any milk)
- A pinch of salt
- Fresh berries for topping

Melt dark chocolate in the microwave (30 second intervals) or over a double boiler.
