Ingredients

  • 6 oz cod fillet
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 medium lemon (juice and wedges)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp ground coriander
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions
