Chicken Stir-Fry with Brown Rice

Ingredients
- 5 oz chicken breast, sliced thin
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1/2 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup cooked brown rice
- 1 tbsp soy sauce (low sodium)
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 tsp cornstarch
Instructions
- Cook brown rice according to package directions.
- Marinate chicken in 1 tsp soy sauce and cornstarch for 5 minutes.
- Heat a wok over high heat. Add sesame oil.
- Stir-fry chicken for 3-4 minutes until golden. Remove.
